Dear Vladimir Vladimirovich,
I was following Russian news and my heart went out seeing in what disastrous conditions some hospitals are. They said that 1/3 of the all hospitals are like that. They didn't say if this number was for the region or for entire country. Also there were families who couldn't send their kids to daycare, because they were full and private ones were too expensive.
Of course in these type of situation people will think twice to have kids.
Is America much better? I don't know. I guess in term of hospitals (I haven't been in them) could be much better, but in terms of daycare, I'm not sure. I heard there are very nice ones in Moscow. Here, in the area that I'm familiar with, most people get a babysitter at home, because daycare is not good.
What can I do to help this cause? Without a programming to bring people's attention, how can I help? The channel I'm envisioning will not contain internal politics of Russia. It should be under your close supervision. It should cover only social and educational sphere. I'm not familiar with Russian internal politics, neither it appeals to me to find out, much less to get involved. I'm not Russian and I'm not living there, so that ball is only in your court and will stay there. Can I share my opinion with you if I see something of concern - sure. That would be something that I hate in here and don't want Russia import it to their vulnerable new social system and get infected by it too. Not every thing which comes out of America is good or right. One of them called "Liberalism." The way it's practiced in here and what it has done to America from 1960's is a terrible thing. America's 3rd most listen to talk show host Michael Savage, PHD, has a book called "Liberalism is a mental disorder."
I believe that it will be a good knowledge for young Russians. They should learn from mistakes made in here to try to prevent them. I don't know anything about how Moscow operates, what happened to it last 20 years, but I know one thing about Mayor Mr. Yuri Luzhkov - he is a MAN of character. Just for one thing that he stood up against, something that eroded America. This is not a political issue, it can effect everyone's health and life. Innocent children and adults can suffer irreversible consequence of that danger and your government has no means to take care of it. Neither is USA, but it's late for it now... Unless I'm given a chance to discuss these life concerning issues, show the proof, show the examples and be protected while I'm doing it, unfortunately it can't happen. Your news agencies are not designed for this, I don't see discussions there. Without almighty technology and money I can't help. If I'd be a billionaire I'd be able to do it myself, but alas. All I can ask you to approach them for this cause. They can do for charity or profit - I don't care. As long as they're legally clear of any wrongdoing (so we won't be interrupted) and I have your instructions, we shall succeed. Now that number of billionaires doubled, there should be some who have heart for this. If you go to my profile, I have another blog, you'll see that I'm trying to contact one of them for this very reason. I know his name from media, saw couple of interviews with him, that's basically it. Is he a good person, a decent man, an honest citizen? I sure hope so. I have good felling. I already spent many hours writing to him in that blog. My project can only happen with agreement between two of you. Money and power must come together in harmony to make this work with God's will and my diligence.
The only exception could be if he wants to finance only the puppet show/children theater that I want to open in NY which would promote Russian and American children stories half and half on repertoire. I don't think you'd be bother with that. American children are not familiar with Russian rich and beautiful classic literature.
I can't blame you for keeping businessmen out of business of Kremlin. When interests encroach, things can get more complicated and become unpredictable. Nobody would want that - inside or outside of your country. See what Mr. S...s can do to the world economy and media with his money?
Dr. Savage talks about it all the time.
Next I'm going to talk about UK and how low they stoop against you and us.
Best regards.

Open letter to Mr. Putin (part 3)
Dear Vladimir Vladimirovich,
Happy Easter! May dark becomes light whatever you do for Russian people.
We have a nice parade in NYC on 5th Avenue, lots of activities for kids in Central Park. It's a festive time. Hope you're doing something similar in Moscow.
I was reading my last posting to you and was wondering why I remembered Sochi and my childhood while I was sending condolences. Maybe it was too late at night and I was tired? Actually no, it's that simple thing that "good times connect us and bad times bond us." That's why I remembered Sochi and my happy times to make the connection. Maybe one of those victims were sharing those times with us there, rode a carousel next to me? Although it's Easter and I'll go out to celebrate, but also will put a candle and pray for victims' speedy recovery.
As Patriarch Kerrill said in His address to people, words are also as important for human as food and cloths. To pay attention to those in pain and tell them that you care, can make a big difference. Feeling of safety and comfort supports the immune system.
If you would post addresses of hospitals those victims are located, we could send them some "get well soon" post cards to boost their spirits. God bless all.
Best regards.
