Dear Vladimir Vladimirovich,
C prazdnikom Velikoy Pobedi! Schastya, zdorovya i dolgix let zhizni vsem uchastnikam i ix semyam!
I was very happy to see on the news that you gave several days free pass on all types of transportation for veterans and their companions to travel the country in order to meet with each other. Life is short and it's so important to validate it by spending quality time together. I think for us it's also genetic; we all had somebody in that war.
My favorite American General is George Smith Patton. From American side under his commend were liberated most territories occupied by Nazis. I guess it was more than 81,000 sq. miles. Literally entire northern Africa, most of Western Europe. When I'll have the luxury to go anywhere at anytime, I'll defiantly visit his grave in Luxembourg to pay respect.
Second World War is a great topic of discussion in the media today to show the young generations the mutual heroic history of both nations. I'd love to have the opportunity to do it. Would you help me by providing a forum for that?
Best regards and enjoy the day!
P.S. It's good that you didn't let couple of people to attend the Victory Parade on Red Square. I'll clarify next what I mean.
