Dear Vladimir Vladimirovich,
I couldn't write for too long. Every time I was ready to say something, I saw another disaster striking Russia. Problems were continuous. Victims of huge brush-fires were in my mind and prayers all this time.
Finally good news came; a few days ago I watched on TV last victims opened doors of their new homes. And homes were beautiful.
I've got tearful again, but at this time from joy. I was as happy as people who were there or related to them, although I never knew any of them.
This gave me emotional strength to write again.
What amazed me was the way it was organized, managed and monitored with surveillance that public could follow on Internet. WOW to that! This never happened before.
This is New Russia, indeed. Right there - for the world to see.
Congratulations on your new dog and its name. Buffy is very cute. I hope with Connie they become bosom buddies and feel your house with more love, joy and fun.
How Tosya handling big boys? She should be treated like a Queen.
I wonder if they can guess that you're the Prime Minister of Russia? If yes, would it compromised their instincts, would they behave differently?
No dog should hold back from showing upper teeth whenever not happy, that's my take. That's the real doggy dog! Well, you'll be the judge, I'm just trying to lighten up before going into politics which, unfortunately, is not unconditional or joyful as dog's love, well, most of the time.
Your interview on CNN with Larry King Live.
The interpreter wasn't good, that's for sure. I watched 2 times on CNN, saw only 10 min. clip on Russian TV and couldn't find entire interview in Russian.
You were clear by saying that you suppose to protect your country's borders and the backyard. Of course, backyard is essential, it's the buffer zone, who doesn't know that, the interviewer? In NY state there is 15 days jail sentence for trespassing a private property - the backyard included.
Some say bordering Ukraine, Georgia, Poland and others are not your properties. That's true, but they're still IN your backyard. Confusing words and ideas are created to check the person's reaction and take things from there.
No one in the world, I assume, thinks that you're weak on anything, but by overusing nice words in today's global politics can poison lots of new and upcoming places, such as Russia. Among those words most often used are "help," "democracy," "human rights," "civil rights," "equal opportunity" etc.
What is wrong with them? Most people they'll say "nothing, they're all good."
The danger is that the most of the world is not educated.
Residents of few educated nations do understand the value of those words.
They chose them, worked to implement them in their lives and built policies on them.
Originally they were used for good reasons and were much needed.
But here and now, believe it or not, came the time that those good words and their practical implementations are being used by fraudsters, criminals and traders.
The long term overuse and abuse of policies based on them today are causing dangerous side effects. Habitual useful idiotism and compliance to forces of crowds is becoming equal to not refusing taking a poison in order to fit in.
The character of a "good person" is portrayed as the one who is stupid, silent and goes with herd.
After using something for too long, loosing supervision and control, not stopping and curing the damage, side effect will bring the demise. I see some signs of it in the US. My feeling is that Russia by compromising blindly, adjusting and banding over beck-words to world's political pressures, is going to compromise its immune system as a nation. Your identity which comprised of your culture, language, religion, heritage, history, character, mentality as a nation will be lost.
Because I'm a nurse, let me bring an example to make this simple. If one has a foot pain and taking a medication that has already known side effect of loosing memory, causing brain damage, would any one in their mind take a chance? No matter how severe the foot pain may be. I don't even think that Russia has a foot pain and needs a cure. We can survive with one foot, one arm, one kidney, but we can't survive without memory. Brain damage is fatal. We're all our memories. Our past, education, knowledge, skills, instincts, intellect, common sense are stored in there. Without it we're bag of nothing. Not a thing.
Now, to tell Russia to do the same that Europe does, because it is smarter, richer, more powerful or what the heck is it that I can't personally find worth following, looks absolutely troublesome to me. Russia has no pain which needs cures imported from Europe, it's doing just fine. You have some brilliant economists and businessmen working hard and creating wealth. New projects will create jobs. Putting new ideas to work will rejuvenate the economy like those Russian hot baths rejuvenate the person.
I'm not talking about trades and business, I'm referring to ideology only. You can buy merchandise, that's fine. Just don't let them come in.
As far as I'm concerned Russia got nothing to learn from Europe. Not a thing. Not even one. If you want to tell me, please do so. You vouch for Europe, I vouch for Russia. Convince me that you need something from them and can't do without it. Let's debate.
You'll see that you need new very strict laws to keep your religion, language and culture safe to preserve your identity. Also keeping public from spread of HIV and AIDS.
United States of America has his own immune system, it's a different animal, it's a different fruit, it's a different plant, it's a different system of governance. People have different mentality and expectations from their government, than Russians.
Mind is the most powerful thing. Criminals who brought those buildings down in New York didn't have weapons, they had only bad intentions.
You can have all the nukes and bombs in the world (which you're not going to use anyway, but that's another topic)and be deteriorated from within. Outside enemies can't defeat Russia unless Russia is poisoned from within.
"Liberalism" is the poison your enemies will export to Russia and pressure you to take it. As a seasoned politician you know poison when you see it, I'm sure, they know that too, so they'll come with a sugar coated pills which have those above mentioned nice words "civil society," "rights," "freedoms" and others attached to them and offer you for your foot pain, so you get sedated and enter to their perverted sick world with a pleasant feeling in your legs. You'll feel you're flying, you're one of them now, finally, happy hour is here... They will meet and greet you with bow-tie and tuxedo and congratulate you.
All those unwashed Europeans who already lost their countries to their enemies in peaceful times will make you believe that you've got something good for you.
BUT...
Immune support supplement that Russian nation should take daily bases to survive attacks of free-radicals called "liberal ideas and polices" is the antioxidant called "Nationalism." Yes, that's what I said. And, in high dosage - daily. That's my diagnosis.
I know it sounds terrible, because they say so and even you don't want to use it. I noticed, fine. Russia has been and is a multinational country, OK, alright. Let's use "Conservatism" instead. Means keep things, conserve, preserve, value and cherish. Is this bad too? For some yes, but you can't argue about it. You believe in it. Why do I say this? Because you still like the song "where homeland starts from."
Being in America for 19 years and learning every day I see those "nice" words being used to confuse, steal, destroy society from within. Those destructive forces are degrading decent people, their rights, their believes and traditions and becoming more militant, getting more money and gaining more power.
They're spreading around the world like a contagious virus, a poison, and the "West" will prohibit you to use antidote against it.
That will be a clause in the contract of getting RF into their group therapy club.
West will force you to make laws against using antidote in case of poisoning. They'll tell you it's not nice, it's not "democratic" to kill a poison, it's as good as the one you're using against it.
They'll tell you - "see, they came from the same place - snake's mouth, isn't it? They're the same, why bother, are you discriminating against the same mouth by killing the snake? That's not nice to protect yourself, are you a nationalist or what? We love poison, it tastes good, it FEELS good, common, we're already almost dead, you should love it too, it's so pleasurable, we lost, so what? We had fun, we are high on poison so should you, you want to be friends with us, don't you? Dying together is fun, are you an egotist, racist, demagogue, xenophobe, homophobe, snakeophobe, technophobe (you don't use cell phone), roachophobe? Some people eat roaches and mice, so should you, you can't reject their cultures, they will sue you. See, you like animals, you have dogs, it means you SHOULD like all animals, you MUST take some cobras and roaches too to your house right now, they're animals too. God created them, nature created them, we're all the same, see this "Animal World" book, they're all here, see? We're there too - humans. We have only 2% genetic difference from Chimpanzees, that's what it says, here is the proof - "fact check"- you can't argue. Case closed! You wanted thi==s, didn't you? We're going to die, so let's die with roaches and snakes - all together right now! Bring some lizards, hello democracy - death to everyone!"
This is not a comedy, really, seriously, this is tragycomedy.
Mr. Putin, every time I see a liberal talking, I hear these underlying words and see all the sick side effect in society all around me. They prey on moral, decent, educated, responsible and successful people and try to compromise everyone's common sense with psychopathic thoughts by using very innocent and nice sounding words. They harm us every day and live off of us. They'll tell you that the woman who brings a child to this world and throws in the garbage is as good as the one who picks him up and raises him. They'd say "they're both humans, they look the same, eat the same way, like the same candy. They'll show you photos and ask "what's the difference" until you lose your logic and thought process. They'll do this on your entire national media every minute of every day, 24/7 and 365, until start selling antidepressants, until you stop noticing that even you afraid of having an opinion, that your entire nation is doped up, drugged up, perverted and infected. And, thus, finished! You'll have lots of buildings on the streets and cars on the roads full of sick people in 3D.
In reality people are very different spices, they just look the same. Look at the Bible, full of atrocities. It's from the real life, tough. Can you argue with it? I came to this conclusion this year finally very clearly and I'm pretty grown up. All those years I struggled too; how can I say humans are not the same?
Until I realized and admitted that I'm a constant victim of their psychotic mindset and behavior and I can't even protect myself, so Police and the Mayor. Liberals are the ones who live like leeches and like leech society, they'd be the ones to trash the human, they're the most violent souls. They bring the good ones down to their level or destroy it, so they won't look bad. They're the ones who will prohibit you from differentiating good from bad and right from wrong, by calling you names ending by "phobe." They'll tell you if your daughter brings another woman home and says "this is my husband or wife" you should be ecstatic and proud. They won't even tolerate that you can have your opinion about it. Liberals are not liberal about "allowing" you to have your own convictions or believes, or religion, oh, no, they're only for hard drugs, kinky sex and those sick side affects. If not happy or satisfied they will sue you to destroy you or attack you psychically to kill you. Check my words, hold me responsible, let me show you to prove you. On TV, Radio, your Parliament, anywhere you want to to talk about this, I'm ready!
They're already in Russia FORCING and SHOVING it down to your nation's throat. English pervert has a shop there, was psychically attacking former mayor of Moscow, it was on TV. They'll desecrate your religious sites, destroy school system, belittle you in your own country, force kids out of their homes through children's programming on TV. Yes, they'll use toys, stuffed animals, who will talk perversion. One famous one is already there, being translated into Russian.
Do not blame America on this. It came from Europe and it's worse in there.
Western Europe is terminally ill and can not be rehabilitated. It became the victim of its own leftism. Give me a chance to prove it to you in factual, evidence based conversation one on one or on live TV.
Terminal illness has spread into the identity of European nation's bone marrow.
There is no Napoleon, Garibaldi or any other can come out of their graves to save it.
America shows symptoms of sickness, but has smart people, should they gain power and influence to provide the cure, it will still survive.
This is not just a random development of events which came with time and evolution.
This is organized persistent effort from the forces whose job is to get rid of western civilization.
Now, would it be good for Russia that America will suffer and somehow go away, disappear maybe?
I don't think so. If America is gone, so the rest of the world.
For 200 years this country opened its arms to people from around the world who were looking for something better. If USA would not exist, Europe would be more crowded and would have had more wars throughout last 2 centuries.
Why am I saying these things? Don't I think that you know already? I think you do, but maybe you'd disagree somewhere. I'd love to know. We must have open and honest dialogue from both side. It is not happening now. If it does somewhere somehow, it's miniscule, it doesn't show, it's not nearly enough.
With all the progress made, Russian TV stations are interviewing people who badmouth America from both sides of the ocean. It's in their subconscious, inertia, old habit or agenda, who knows?
I haven't seen any American conservative talk show host from the press, TV or Radio, author, activist, commentator, journalist, blogger, a patriotic person who is proud of this country to be given a platform to talk on Russian media.
What is Russian media afraid of?
Mr. Putin, Russia has nothing to fear from America. Some of your close neighbors are using America to get free money, but by becoming enemies with next door neighbor like you, they're only endangering their lives and harming the future of their children.
If America would be poor, they'd not bother to be friends with it. You know it, I know it and most decent and educated part of the population of this country knows it.
American media is 80% dominated by liberals, who are only 20% of the population. It centralized and monopolized under a few like minded with liberal agenda and bad attitude.
American media doesn't have the "democratic" structure of distributing news and commentary. That's why you might not be able to find out what is really going on here.
If you'd go by the term that you expressed by determining democracy on Larry King, you would categorize it as "non-democratic."
With all due respect to your professional standings - yours and Larry's, both of you stumbled on different things that you were not fully aware of.
I'll analyze it for you. I'll search more to see if I can find full interview in Russian. I need to hear exact words in natural setting.
That's next.

Open letter to Mr. Putin (part 9)
Dear Vladimir Vladimirovich,
Last several days I'm watching Russian news on RT.com, 1TV.ru and Vesti.ru by holding on to my throat trying to hold beck the tears. That thing doesn't look like subsiding.
Seeing those absolutely beautiful areas of Russia inflamed and devastated, 52 lives lost so far, people homeless, injured, is just unbelievable. I have been in Podmoskovye and still remember the deep chilling feeling of might and grandeur of those forests. Dachas were big, gorgeous, I spent a few days in one of them as a guest. You never forget that type of experience.
I can not believe my own eyes. I have no words of condolences, just silent prayers. Knowing Russian history and its people's strength through the ages, gives me hope that they will be able to go through this suffering and come out the other side.
With good governance, good will, good spirit and God given good health they shall overcome.
Where is your new friend good old USA? Any help from here? I don't see or hear anything.
That's next.

Open letter to Mr. Putin (part 8)
Dear Vladimir Vladimirovich,
I didn't forget that you weren't satisfied (and you were not alone) with the results of winter Olympic games in Vancouver. Of course Russian athletes can do much better, and I wish they do next time. But what was the reason of not really applying their abilities, remains a question. I thought about this long and deep and I can offer you my help in form of interviewing them and finding out what happened, what was missing for them, what do they need at this time, so Sochi will be much better place for them.
1. I can talk to them in person,
2. give them questionnaires to file out,
3. ask them to write story about their stay in Olympic village,
4. all of the above.
If you wish questionnaires can be anonymous, so they can be as open and honest as they wish.
Every time this subject came to my mind I asked myself "why, why, why?"
One example on me; if I can't get enough good sleep I can't do my best.
Were they overwhelmed, overworked, pressured or had noise around them at nights? Couldn't get enough good rest, good food? What about moral? Anybody was doing a good job encouraging and uplifting their spirits? All those factors can effect the performance where every split second counts.
Let's find out, if you wish, shall we?

Open letter to Mr. Putin (part 7)
Dear Vladimir Vladimirovich,
Happy Navy Day!
May every solder and commander come home to their families safe and sound.
I follow the news and see that Russia is beefing up its military. I like military stuff. Actually my favorite boat is an aircraft carrier. I like all of them - US and Russian. They're so cool. You know why? Because if I get seasick I can get the heck out of there. Fly, fly... up to the sky. Also I like subs. Subs are so cool, chilling and a little unnerving. Just the thought of it that those things are under the water in the ocean and can come out at me is discouraging me to take cross ocean cruses. Don't worry, I'm OK, just being lighthearted. Subs are more understandable, but how water can hold such huge thing like an aircraft carrier? I'm still amazed and frankly don't want to find out, because the magic will be gone. Like a magic of hand and mind you don't want to know, because you would not have the wonder of mind game anymore. It's like a romance of imagination in a real world. This is the one in science I didn't want anybody to explain to me, so I can continue look at it with my mouth open and my eyes widened.
When I was living in South France, June of 2007 around D-day I heard on the radio that by the shore of Cannes US aircraft carrier USS Enterprise arrived. It's the longest one in fleet of USA. I had to go to see it. It was amazing. It wasn't close to the shore, of course, but still was impressive. Because French officials wanted to be on it, marines got sort of day off and got on the land. I took pictures with my fellow citizen solders, share a beer with them, gave them fun postcards and sent a little toy, I guess it was a bird, to the captain. With a little note that I came especially to see the boat and was very proud and wish him and his crew the best of sailing. Signed just
"fellow citizen" with my first name. Yeah, it was worth the trip. That thing is so big that they have their own newspaper and a radio station. I don't know if I ever would be able to just be on one of them. That would be awesome. Now that I remember this I should put it on my dream list under long term items. That list is getting longer for sure. France got an helicopter carrier recently. It looks cute too. But I don't care about that. Heli can't fly too far.
Well, that's it for now. I didn't plan to talk about military, it just came out sporadically.
Next I'll talk about civilian stuff, which I'm much more familiar with.

Open letter to Mr. Putin (part 6)
Dear Vladimir Vladimirovich,
I was watching war documentaries on History Channel. The film was made by Americans and saw the end of the Second World War. What caught my attention was the expression "Soviets wanted reparations - America wanted peace." Wait a minute!
Soviets wanted compensation to fix their devastated country, put a bandage on their wounds and their ally America said - "NO?" A character like Stalin couldn't get his way? I know that both sides of Germany paid somethings through different treaties, but how much to whom? What exactly transpired? What was the main cause of the Cold War? Is "tushonka" bill is a true story? You and I owe both nations to bring this up and discuss it today. Yes, I'm serious about this. It's very interesting.
I remember the stories of my parents and grandparents how life was difficult, how they lived with coupons for bread, butter and sugar. How many homeless, sick and poor on the streets suffer and died in misery with no help.
Let's talk about this, let's let Americans know. Yes, let's do it today after 65 years! Americans still talking about this war's atrocities every day, but not mentioning this particular episode. I wonder why? I tried to find out from sources available in media, but it's not enough. I have more questions and want to find out from Russian official sources. Would you at least help me to find the facts from history archives and put them out? We owe the people who died suffering, so we can have a clear conscious.
Let me go to the next step and come down what's going on today on new war fronts with Russia and Russians. Story is basically continuing in terms of fair and complete news coverage. Russian side is still not represented in America and in the world. Why do you think it is? Is there an excuse for this now? No money? Russia is still poor? I don't think so and I'm right. You just recently doubled the number of billionaires. Maybe now you even have more than Americans. That makes me very happy. All those years in America I sang a song to myself by Vlad Vysotsky "kupola v Rosii croyut chistim zolotom, chtobi chasche Gospod zamechal." Maybe it's time, maybe He noticed already.
You established one news channel in English and couple in Arabic, but it's not enough. It doesn't show much. RT.com often puts subconsciously anti-American sometimes very weird people from this side and your side. Like they go out specially to look for those.
Let me reinforce what I am saying, please. I'm a professional journalist and I'm also a perfectionist in my trade. My principle is to have more facts than I put out. Let me bring up only 2 person's opinions to your attention; Churkin and Lozansky.
When 8th of Aug. 2008 war broke loose in South, Europe and America screamed "foul" and started throwing money on the other side. Just occasional look at newspapers showed pledges to help Georgia; 1st - $250 thousand, 2nd - $1.2 million, 3rd - $1 billion by our President. I'm sure there were more. I didn't follow that trend.
Democrats who traditionally give more money out of this country were heralding and even McCain himself was saying "we are all Georgians today." Wow, wow, wow!
I'm sure, if I would had the power to approach them, none of them would be able to answer any of questions regarding to those conflicts - none whatsoever. Even smartest of the smart in the media that I listen to and learn from, went with the flow. Only the 3rd most listen to talk show host on Radio - Micheal Savage had a gut feeling and spoke against blaming Russia without finding out facts. He called S.b.k..i a "self important" and said "we don't need to intimidate Russia anymore."
Shortly after, at Columbia University, in SIPA, there was a visit by Minister of Education of Georgia to discuss this conflict. I went. 35 minutes this crook talked and never mentioned word "Ossetia" - not even ones! He was throwing his hands like he came down from sky and acting like was talking to bunch of morons who just were hearing about this first time. All he was saying that Russia attacked poor Giorgia and poor Georgia needs money. There were mostly Georgians in that room, one of them a woman who teaches Georgian language (she should be hospitalized for mental illness, because she acts like a cuckoo everywhere), who were screaming and keeping his drum going. It took lots of patience to wait for this crook to finish fooling, then at last, I stood up.
I introduced myself that I'm ethnically none of those 3 nationalities involved, didn't come from those areas, showed fresh CU newspaper and asked:
1st, if he agrees that American media is pro Georgia (he agreed with pleasure),
2nd, if he agrees with the number right there in the paper, which was saying that first couple of days of conflict 2100 people died,
3rd, if he can argue that those dead are not mostly Ossetians (paper said so),
4th, if it's true that most of them are Russian citizens and the
5th, why should I, as an American, pay for this?
He got shocked, nervous and shaky, looked around in blame and anger that someone could let it happen to him (he thought that he still was in his own home-cave). He threw his hands in rejection and dismissed all of my questions. His cronies tried to cover him by interfering and interrupting my next attempt. Was too late, though. He was finished alright. Everyone neutral saw what was going on there. It broke his dirty and unshaved mask and showed his real ugly face. It wasn't a face of a victim who needed help. It was a face of one of the biggest con-man I ever saw that close to my face. I was noxious. All those atrocious bloody wounds and dead bodies of innocent victims of all sides that I saw on Internet came before my eyes at that moment. Hope they saw from heaven that somebody stood up for them.
In couple of weeks there was a meeting with Ambassador Churkin at Columbia University about the same thing. I went. Crowds were much bigger. He came with some group that congregated and sat on front. I was in the back by myself. He represented Russian side of the story, he was calm, collected, was reading from paper, spoke pretty inclusively. Then, it was time for questions. Long line of mostly Georgians formed and there went yelling and screaming. Of course on the front line was the cuckoo teacher of Georgian. It looked like no nature's force could stop her... Then others, and more and some more. Everyone treated Mr. Churkin like he was personally responsible.
I understand that some of those people might have personal losses, but their anger was directed to a wrong person. They even fought against the way he was pronouncing "Zhxenvali." Sometimes he would get overwhelmed and get red on his face, but overall he handled it OK. One answer he gave straight forward and threw "IT" back I liked and I kept applauding. At the end he said "Russian side in not presented in American media." Very true!
After the meeting people surrounded him, I also approached, said that I agree with his last statement (he said "thank you") and that I want to help. Actually I said that I offer my help for free. If he wants to make an appointment, I can go talk to him, present my credentials and ideas, see what we can do. He looked a little and... didn't answer. Like Soviet times; talk and complain, see where it goes...
Since then I changed, maybe, depends on what it is, I won't refuse to help for free a little bit, but not much. Actually my price goes up by the day.
Like everyone else I work for a living and Russia today can pay.
Let me go to the second man's opinion. I never met him, I saw his interview on Internet about RF and USA relations. It's the director of American University in Moscow - Mr. Edward Lozansky. He said that there should be less talk about democracy and more on cooperation and that we need to find out why our relations aren't so good and present new ideas. He said that it's essential to concentrate on security and economy between the two countries. I agree totally and completely. Let's do it, do it publicly, one step at the time for common good of the world.
The word "democracy" can be misleading and confusing for today's young generation of Russians and can create illusions in their minds, which they can direct against their government. Very nice sounding words can be poisonous. For example to believe that everything "natural" is good. What about poisonous bush, grass, or mushroom which grow naturally? We can't eat all the mushrooms, can we? I love animals, but it doesn't mean that I'll take a dog with a scorpion as a pet to my house.
There are always many questions that people should ask themselves, reflect on and think through before getting excited. America has lots of "rotten apples" in its society that Russia not only doesn't need to import, but should resist those before it's too late. I can help with that by raising discussions, sharing experiences and showing that it's not always "grass is greener on the other side of the fence." Unfortunately some famous even genius people in Russia, one of them ex-chess champion G. Kasparov are running on front of world cameras and criticizing Russia without really knowing what they're talking about. Yes, I saw a few of those on Internet. It's embarrassing for G. K. especially.
Let me tell common people that despite common belief America is not a "democracy."
It's a Federal Constitutional Republic, which allows to use democratic means of elections. But this so called "democratic means" are pretty messed up already.
Moreover, what type of distraction some aspects of so called "human rights" and "civil rights" can bring to your society, culture, public health and national identity, God himself will not be able to correct.
Just to be clear: I don't belong to any party, social group, never even had a goverment job and never voted for anyone so far.
After this distressing conversation I need a dog to play with. Unfortunately I don't have one. Say hello to your dogs for me, will you? You had a little white one, I guess, a poodle? I had one like that before. Is he/she still with your family? Your Labrador is gorgeous.
Vsevo dobrovo.

Open letter to Mr. Putin (part 5)
Dear Vladimir Vladimirovich,
C prazdnikom Velikoy Pobedi! Schastya, zdorovya i dolgix let zhizni vsem uchastnikam i ix semyam!
I was very happy to see on the news that you gave several days free pass on all types of transportation for veterans and their companions to travel the country in order to meet with each other. Life is short and it's so important to validate it by spending quality time together. I think for us it's also genetic; we all had somebody in that war.
My favorite American General is George Smith Patton. From American side under his commend were liberated most territories occupied by Nazis. I guess it was more than 81,000 sq. miles. Literally entire northern Africa, most of Western Europe. When I'll have the luxury to go anywhere at anytime, I'll defiantly visit his grave in Luxembourg to pay respect.
Second World War is a great topic of discussion in the media today to show the young generations the mutual heroic history of both nations. I'd love to have the opportunity to do it. Would you help me by providing a forum for that?
Best regards and enjoy the day!
P.S. It's good that you didn't let couple of people to attend the Victory Parade on Red Square. I'll clarify next what I mean.

Open letter to Mr. Putin (part 4)
Dear Vladimir Vladimirovich,
I was following Russian news and my heart went out seeing in what disastrous conditions some hospitals are. They said that 1/3 of the all hospitals are like that. They didn't say if this number was for the region or for entire country. Also there were families who couldn't send their kids to daycare, because they were full and private ones were too expensive.
Of course in these type of situation people will think twice to have kids.
Is America much better? I don't know. I guess in term of hospitals (I haven't been in them) could be much better, but in terms of daycare, I'm not sure. I heard there are very nice ones in Moscow. Here, in the area that I'm familiar with, most people get a babysitter at home, because daycare is not good.
What can I do to help this cause? Without a programming to bring people's attention, how can I help? The channel I'm envisioning will not contain internal politics of Russia. It should be under your close supervision. It should cover only social and educational sphere. I'm not familiar with Russian internal politics, neither it appeals to me to find out, much less to get involved. I'm not Russian and I'm not living there, so that ball is only in your court and will stay there. Can I share my opinion with you if I see something of concern - sure. That would be something that I hate in here and don't want Russia import it to their vulnerable new social system and get infected by it too. Not every thing which comes out of America is good or right. One of them called "Liberalism." The way it's practiced in here and what it has done to America from 1960's is a terrible thing. America's 3rd most listen to talk show host Michael Savage, PHD, has a book called "Liberalism is a mental disorder."
I believe that it will be a good knowledge for young Russians. They should learn from mistakes made in here to try to prevent them. I don't know anything about how Moscow operates, what happened to it last 20 years, but I know one thing about Mayor Mr. Yuri Luzhkov - he is a MAN of character. Just for one thing that he stood up against, something that eroded America. This is not a political issue, it can effect everyone's health and life. Innocent children and adults can suffer irreversible consequence of that danger and your government has no means to take care of it. Neither is USA, but it's late for it now... Unless I'm given a chance to discuss these life concerning issues, show the proof, show the examples and be protected while I'm doing it, unfortunately it can't happen. Your news agencies are not designed for this, I don't see discussions there. Without almighty technology and money I can't help. If I'd be a billionaire I'd be able to do it myself, but alas. All I can ask you to approach them for this cause. They can do for charity or profit - I don't care. As long as they're legally clear of any wrongdoing (so we won't be interrupted) and I have your instructions, we shall succeed. Now that number of billionaires doubled, there should be some who have heart for this. If you go to my profile, I have another blog, you'll see that I'm trying to contact one of them for this very reason. I know his name from media, saw couple of interviews with him, that's basically it. Is he a good person, a decent man, an honest citizen? I sure hope so. I have good felling. I already spent many hours writing to him in that blog. My project can only happen with agreement between two of you. Money and power must come together in harmony to make this work with God's will and my diligence.
The only exception could be if he wants to finance only the puppet show/children theater that I want to open in NY which would promote Russian and American children stories half and half on repertoire. I don't think you'd be bother with that. American children are not familiar with Russian rich and beautiful classic literature.
I can't blame you for keeping businessmen out of business of Kremlin. When interests encroach, things can get more complicated and become unpredictable. Nobody would want that - inside or outside of your country. See what Mr. S...s can do to the world economy and media with his money?
Dr. Savage talks about it all the time.
Next I'm going to talk about UK and how low they stoop against you and us.
Best regards.

Open letter to Mr. Putin (part 3)
Dear Vladimir Vladimirovich,
Happy Easter! May dark becomes light whatever you do for Russian people.
We have a nice parade in NYC on 5th Avenue, lots of activities for kids in Central Park. It's a festive time. Hope you're doing something similar in Moscow.
I was reading my last posting to you and was wondering why I remembered Sochi and my childhood while I was sending condolences. Maybe it was too late at night and I was tired? Actually no, it's that simple thing that "good times connect us and bad times bond us." That's why I remembered Sochi and my happy times to make the connection. Maybe one of those victims were sharing those times with us there, rode a carousel next to me? Although it's Easter and I'll go out to celebrate, but also will put a candle and pray for victims' speedy recovery.
As Patriarch Kerrill said in His address to people, words are also as important for human as food and cloths. To pay attention to those in pain and tell them that you care, can make a big difference. Feeling of safety and comfort supports the immune system.
If you would post addresses of hospitals those victims are located, we could send them some "get well soon" post cards to boost their spirits. God bless all.
Best regards.

Open letter to Mr. Putin (part 2)
Dear Vladimir Vladimirovich,
While I was going to continue my letter to you, we got shocked by the horrible news of Moscow's subway bombings. Words can't express all I feel for innocent victims and their families. Their tremendous pain and suffering will linger for many years and I hope you will not forget. People here who have microphone and airwaves and in their political views are more protective of their country, highly appreciated your tone. Today strong military and defense are getting intertwine with "homeland security" which is also for enemies within. When I took the oath to become citizen of USA I swore to protect this country from enemies "foreign and domestic." Even 200 years ago founding fathers were cautious.
Maybe every Russian citizen should take an oath or refresh it. Everyone should keep an eye on strange behavior. Better safe than sorry. In NYC we have a special number to call. The campaign called "if you see something - say something."
I missed Moscow so much. Haven't been there for 20 years. I missed it's metro. When I was a student I had friends there. I'd stay in Moscow at summers sometimes for a month. I love the metro, every station has it's character, personality and history. Each is a piece of art. I knew the names of most streets of central Moscow by heart.
When I was young, with my parents we'd go to Sochi almost every summer. We'd go to Riviera Beach and in the evening to Luna Park. It was like a paradise: full of happy people, lots of kids, music, dance, carousels. The smell and taste of the food, the lemonade and the mineral water. The delicious ice creams. My favorite was Eskimo with nuts in the chocolate... The small of the air itself. Unforgettable. Families from all over the country would exchange addresses and phone numbers to stay connected. No fear, no crime. It was a paradise. Tears came to my eyes just by remembering it. I wonder what happened to Sochi? Evening walks while listening to concerts from the Morskoy Vokzal beach's sidewalk. How did it change its character? God willing I'd have possibility to visit for Olympics in 2014. I would love to be there at summertime too. Sochi was my second beloved city, then I discovered Moscow in my student years and fall in love with it. After this horrific crime against innocent Moskowits and their guests, my desire to visit is even stronger.
How the whole country changed, how from being so safe it become terror infested?
Those people who are prone to commit such heinous crimes were enjoying the same life as good as others. There were no racial or religious discrimination when I was growing up. Everyone's door was open for others.
I know today my fellow Americans will be skeptical reading this, but this is absolutely true. I have seen a nature's disaster in my life. I volunteered in my local hospital for a month. For someone who is in pain compassion and attention are as important as the food and medicine. I can't describe to you the heroic work of orthopedic surgeons from Moscow, who came to help and were there for almost a month. I wrote a "thank you" article in "Health" magazine. I lost my old notebook and everyone's number. As soon as I saw those ambulances in the streets of Moscow, they came to my mind. I wish I could be there to help them in their city.
Please ones again except our deepest condolences. My prayers for the strength of Russian doctors and rapid recovery for their patients.
Best regards.

Open Letter to Mr. Putin (part 1)
Vladimir Vladimirovich,
I'm using this method of communication, because I'm not a politician or big connected person to able to talk to you personally. I'm an ordinary citizen of the US, who believes that ordinary people can do extraordinary things.
We believe that with good faith and conviction most things can be achieved. If metal can fly like a bird, man can go to the Moon, then one day hopefully we can directly talk to each other. We have more in common, than most of the rest of the world.
It is unnerving to see that our countries in this day and age still can be upset with each other. Misunderstanding, polarizing news reports, bias commentaries, down right dislike are still alive and well. It's painful for me to watch. You know very well how enormously powerful information can be. Its force in a bad faith can be dangerously destructive. I see nonobjective attitudes toward each other from both sides. It's not subsiding. It's sad. It's dangerous. It's not fair for ordinary, decent people to pay the price. What can I do? I ask myself every time and answer "take a pen, what else?" So, I'm going to do my prayers and try my best on this.
Who am I?
I was born in former Soviet Union. Got a Diploma in Philology and Certificate of medical Nurse in Civilian Defense. Came to the US in 1991. Had only $30, spoke 3 languages, but not English. had no family in here.
I had to learn how to survive.
So I did.
I'm using this method of communication, because I'm not a politician or big connected person to able to talk to you personally. I'm an ordinary citizen of the US, who believes that ordinary people can do extraordinary things.
