I was very happy to see that you sent industry executives, who promised to have it fixed on time and didn't come through, to the effected areas to be with people in dark, meet the New Year with them and explain them why they're in dark. WOW!

Also everyone who is in business of any production should wear the cloths and shoes they make and eat the produce they grow, etc. etc.
They should come to show and prove it on live TV.
That will straighten lots of people out.
